German Immersion Overnight Camp

Camp Abenteuer is a week-long German immersion camp in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge.
Hearing German spoken throughout each day and practicing speaking it during hiking, crafting, games, cooking, and mealtime is the best way to learn a foreign language.

The 2023 camp is scheduled for July 9th through the 14th at Camp Menucha Retreat and Conference Center.

Located at the lovely Menucha Retreat and Conference Center, this fun residential camp gives children from age 8 to 15 a chance to begin or advance their German language skills. Our excellent staff keep the language alive by speaking it throughout mealtimes and activities.
